Return policy

By purchasing an item the purchaser(s), as a private person, several private persons individually or as group, organization or company (hereafter "The Purchaser") agrees and accept unquestionably in any form the Return Policy rules of Maison Beurre, (hereafter "Maison Beurre") as below,

Si vous devez retourner un article, vous pouvez le faire dans les 14 jours suivant la réception de l'article pour un remboursement complet. Les frais de retour ne sont pas remboursables. Tous les articles doivent être dans leur état d'origine, non portés ou modifiés.

1. "The Purchaser" full identity is know by "Maison Beurre".

2. "Maison Beurre" only accept a question for an item to return for full or partly reimbursment from "The Purchaser" know to "Maison Beurre" when the item was purchased and paid before delivered. "Maison Beurre" accepts no demands for reimbursements from others than "The Purchaser" even when the purchaser is a member or part of "The Purchaser".

3. "The purchaser" always knows and is aware of the state of the item aquired and purchases the item in it's state as it is know by "The Purchaser" from "Maison Beurre".

4. "The purchaser" can cancel every purchased item only within 14 days after purchase without any reason but stricktly under the underneath conditions of "Maison Beurre".

5. If the item is still in "Maison Beurre" 's stock it is fairly simple;

          5.1. When paid in every way except by cash - a full credit will be transfered to the account of "The Purchaser" within 14 days.

          5.1. When paid cash - a full credit in cash will be offered to "The Purchaser" to upon 30 days at the H.Q. of "Maison Beurre".

6. If arrangements have been made and this has led to costs to ship the item but the item is still in the stock of "Maison Beurre" or the item has been;

          6.1. shipped by "Maison Beurre",

          6.2. or shipped by a 3th party appointed by "Maison Beurre",

          6.3. or shipped by a 3th party appointed by "The Purchaser",

          6.4. or picked up by "The Purchaser",

          6.5. or any other form,

it is fairly simple but there are some conditions - SEE 7.,7.1.,7.2.,7.3.,7.4.,7.5.,7.6.,7.7. Conditions to return an item for credit when it has left the stock of "Maison Beurre"and;

          6.6. When paid in every way excpt by cash - a full credit will be transfered to the account of "The Purchaser" within 14 days if

               their is no conflict with the conditions as described in SEE 7.,7.1.,7.2.,7.3.,7.4.,7.5.,7.6.,7.7. Conditions to return an item for

               credit when it has left the stock of "Maison Beurre".

          6.7. When paid cash - a full credit in cash will be offered to "The Purchaser" to upon 30 days f their is no conflict with the

               conditions as described in SEE 7.,7.1.,7.2.,7.3.,7.4.,7.5.,7.6.,7.7. Conditions to return an item for credit when it has left the stock of

               "Maison Beurre".

7. Conditions,

          7.1. The item has to reach "Maison Beurre" 's stock within 14 days after it has left "Maison Beurre" 's stock and not later then 21

               days after being purchased.

          7.2. "Maison Beurre" will informe "The Purchaser" when the item reached "Maison Beurre" 's stock at it's convienence.

          7.3. The cost to ship and others relating to this are never repaid - so the refund will be the cost of the item only.

          7.4. The item has to come back in the state it was purchased, this means; labels, maker’s marks or anything identifying or adding

               provenance to an item can not been removed fully of partly, neither anything in which form can be ad.

          7.5. "Maison Beurre" takes not back items which "The Purchaser" or any other, appointed or not by "The Purchaser" has been

               trying to repair.

          7.6. The item has to reach "Maison Beurre" at the full cost of "The Purchaser". If "Maison Beurre" has to pay for extra cost(s)

               made to receive the item these costs will be reimbursed to "The Purchaser".

          7.7. And off course the item has to reach the stock of "Maison Beurre" in the state it was when it was purchased even if the

               cause of not being in the same state is in other hands then those of "The Purchaser".

8. It is always "The Purchaser" respansability to check with their local authorities to see if any customs and/or import taxes are applicable. Any additional customs and tax payments are the responsibility of the buyer. "Maison Beurre" can never be and is not responsible for delays due to customs, and for any costs regarding this.

9. Any other commitment made by oral previously by "Maison Beurre" 's staff and/or temporay 3th parties hired does not count in any way and only the above return policy is valid.
